TSM Conversions

***Update*** The shadows on the Scribe Tables have been fixed. Please re-download!

I've made a bunch of TSM conversions:

Deco Archives and Arcane Tomes- in Deco -> Sculptures, requires OFB.

Functional Arcive- Made up of 3 seperate meshes, Scribe table, deco peices, and book shelf.
Place the peices together using placement cheats. The Scribe table acts as a drafting table, and the bookshelf is functional. Requires FT for the Scribe Table.
Archive Scribe Table- Hobbies -> Creativity
Archive Scribe Table Deco- Hobbies -> Creativity
Archive Bookshelf - Hobbies -> Knowlege

Bar- I forget what bar I cloned this off, so I'm not sure if it Requires an EP. found in Misc -> Party.

Scribe Tables- cloned from Sunni's scribe table, which functions as a drafting table. When a sim is using the table, the picture doesn't quite sit against the surface, but it's hopefully not to noticable. Found in Hobbies -> Creativity, requires FT.

Deco Market Stalls- in Deco -> Sculptures, requires OFB.
Empty Market Stalls- cloned from a three tile table, so the front counter has three slots, to put things on. you can even put a cash register on there using a counter OMSP (like this one: http://www.modthesims.info/d/329446). found in Surfaces -> Misc., requires Uni.

Tents- functional, cloned from the Maxis tent, found in Comfort -> Misc., requires BV.

  4. Me again - I noticed that the empty stalls still have the shadows on the wood - I made a new txtr for the bottom middle one if you are interested? Obviously I have not edited your file to share, but if you want the file it is on leefish

    1. Wow, thanks for the half-fix! I don't mind if you upload fixed versions, just credit and a link back would fine!

  5. I get a problem with the indoor shadows on the scribe tables-- they're just a big black square for me. (They're also the only thing I've set down indoors, if I'm honest. I got caught up working on underwear for the GoS theme.) Other than the shadow issues, they're awesome-- world needs more functional content! ... Could the Arcane Tomes work as witch book stands, I wonder? I know there's a crystal ball one on GoS but I don't know if Sims still turn pages through it.

  6. I'd better check the shadows then... but I don't much about fixing shadows, so my solution is usally just "Delete the shadow mesh", which removes the shadow altogether.

I didn't think of using the tomes as witch books, good idea! though I don't know how to do anything with animations, so they would have the maxis animations... I think it might be possible to delete the page turning animation, but I don't know how.

I'm working on some more conversions- deco this time, including wall mounted sheilds, a pile of armour, and a lamp that is a candle on a pile of books.
